STARPAK-61R-IR-GPS-DM-4 Dual Mode Hi-Gain Helix Antenna, IRIDIUM and GPS
This Kit featuring a Helix Hi-Gain Antenna, is designed to provide highest performance of all antennas and significantly exceeds the antenna performance that is included with the handset.
Allows the GPS and Iridium Handset or Terminal to be used inside any Vehicle, Vessel or Fixed Building with raised mounting profile above obstructions .
Cable Basics: 2x 5.0m(16.4ft) base exit Antenna tail cables hermetically sealed into Anodized Aluminum Antenna Pole Body.
Cables Terminated with a SMA-Male Connectors by default.
Cable is 2x one piece, fixed LMR240.
This is a High-Performance Helix Hi-Gain Antenna within a molded Radome securely and hermetically mounted on a flexible Aluminum pole that will “whip” upon contacting or being impacted by obstacles at speed and not break.
The antenna radome is securely molded and mounted onto the pole, and is ideal for use on Cars, SUV’s, Trucks Buses and Heavy Transport or Earth Moving Equipment where it is not desirable to have a fixed mounted antenna that could easily be permanently damaged by branches, birds, or other obstacles impacting a Rigid Antenna
Helix design compensates for Angled Tilt, Sway and Rocking motion environments.
